Another Successful week!

Our students are settling into their class routine and are starting to make independent choices. They are also working and playing cooperatively.

As I mentioned before, I was able to complete informal assessments in order to gain information that will help me plan lessons based on individual needs and development. Please be patient regarding individual lessons (new students). We are still working on becoming independent learners and choosing activities to play while we wait for our turn. It is best to wait until they gain those skills in order to feel successful.

We were able to complete our annual emergency drill that includes fire drill, shelter in place and lock down. I am happy to say, our students did amazingly well.

Please continue to support your kiddos during arrival. They are still trying to adjust to the newness of their learning environment, routine and all the work they have to do for themselves :o)
